Passepartout is available for Mac outside the App Store on GitHub Releases, though currently limited to free features only:

• Passepartout for Mac (Apple Silicon) (GPG)
• Passepartout for Mac (Intel) (GPG)

It's recommended that you verify the GPG signatures with my public key.
